The client was looking to launch a government program with tablets for education purpose:
- Introduction to best options within the proposed budget.
- Sample tablets.
- After sale service.
The end-users were students and the government wanted to make sure they got the best option within the budget even though the technology was to be low-end/low priced.
Secondly, there was no prior history of a project similar to this in the country.
Yozzo meet with the client and discussed the project and potential technology that would fit the budget. In addition Yozzo arranged for 8 samples to be delivered to the client for testing.
Yozzo provided information on after sale service, distribution, warranty and swap suggestion in order to avoid bottlenecks that would leave the students without tablets.
Yozzo provided information on how to disable the advertising on Android tablet so the students would not be annoyed by those during class and study.
Yozzo suggested on the eco-system for the project, including cloud solution, wireless access, security solution for end-user data, education of teachers and super-users, as well as local development of education apps for the program.
